This unique fat is a result of a gene called "Delta-9-Desaturase," which is prevalent in Wagyu cattle This gene helps convert Stearic Acid (saturated fat) into Oleic Acid (unsaturated fat), makingyu fat special. Additionally, Wagyu is rich in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which comes with fewer negative health effects. It's a rare find that combines incredible taste with benefits! What makes it taste so amazing? 100% full-blood Wagyu has that melts at a lower temperature than our body temperature, allowing it to melt in your mouth like butter.
